We worked with Chris on re-creating their sales scripts to go from 27% to 88% close rate within a month

The Backstory - Chris was already running a very successful coaching program. He had a goal to grow his team and get the business ready for a Closer to come in.

But, the sales process was geared more towards his style (like most founder led sales) and in the previous month to working together, they had a close rate of 27%.

How We Helped - First thing we did with Chris was to review the client journey. From the moment they engage with the appointment setters, all the way to onboarding, we reviewed it all.

We then dove into sales call reviews. We looked for common objections and things that would create buyer resistance. We found things that most business owners miss because they are so close to the business.

The Outcome - Once everything was researched and categorized, it was a matter of scripting the right questions, the right flow and outline the reasons why it’s done.

As a result, we’d built a strong script that was tested and proven over a month. And within the first month of implementation, the close rate had gone to 88%!

The problem in scaling the business was the amount of time Ben took being involved in the sales process.

How We Helped - Before hiring a sales team to take over, we stripped the sales process back. We looked at the client journey, their avatar, their messaging, their sales flow from lead to sale.

We reviewed conversations, calls, objections and any reasons why someone would and wouldn't move forward with their offer.

We then re-designed their scripts, communications and put some initiatives in place to drive revenue.

We tested out the whole sales process and when the time was right, a sales team was brought on, trained and managed.

The Outcome - The process implemented by us with the new sales team brought on record months in new clients, revenue and cash collected. And the best part was that Ben was completely removed from sales.

We helped Scott optimize his sales process to go from a sales slump to 3 sales in a week worth $75,000

The Backstory - Scott runs a high performance business and mindset coaching program and was looking to optimize his operations.

A couple of key areas of improvement included the appointment setting process, the team environment as well as their product offering.

They had a very slow period and it was hard for them to pin point the cause and solution.

How We Helped - In looking at Scott's business, it was important to understand the team dynamic and try to establish where the bottlenecks or areas of improvement were.

When we were able to find this in their sales process, we were quick to test and iterate. We then created and updated SOP's that would allow a more streamlined implementation which then gave Scott the bandwidth to work on his business.

The Outcome - After re-working the appointment setting, it allowed Scott to look at their offer and make adjustments. These small changes ended up substantially bigger.

What we ended up with was a higher ticket offer, a smoother appointment booking role and a conversion method that was repeatable.

This resulted in $75,000 in sales within 5 weeks of working together!
